春 晓

孟浩然 Mèng Hàorán

chūn mián bù jué xiăo
春 眠 不 觉 晓，
chù chù wén tí niăo
处 处 闻 啼 鸟 。
yè lái fēng yŭ shēng
夜 来 风 雨 声，
huā luò zhī duō shăo
花 落 知 多 少 。

Note : 春 --- spring ,晓 -- early in the morning , 眠 --- sleeping , 觉 --- to wake up , to realize , 处处 ---everywhere , 闻 ---- hear , 啼鸟 ---- singing bird , 夜来 ----during the night , 风雨声 ----sound of the wind and the rain , 花 --- flower , 落 ---- fall , 知多少---- to know how many

General Meaning : Sleeping too soundly to realize it has already been in the morning , only to hear birds singing everywhere after waking up . Who knows how many flowers fell in the wind and the rain last night .
